About Us
Welcome to the Creative Learning Center @ Crossroads Fellowship Church. This ministry is a result of the missional heart of the Crossroads Fellowship Church family to meet the needs of children within our community. We know quality care for families with children is a huge need and our church took a leap of faith to help address that need. We also were blessed as God placed us at the crossroads of the former Lakewood Christian Church Child Development Center. This CDC has served this community for 36 years and was looking for a new location. We believe God brought the hearts of these two like-minded missional organizations together in 2020 to become the Creative Learning Center @ Crossroads Fellowship.
We now have one heart and one mission:

to nurture the God-given creativity of each child,

to impact their learning in a creative environment, and

to make a lasting difference it the lives of the children and families entrusted to us.

Faith Based CLC
We believe there is no greater gift from God than the children he entrusts to your care as their parents. This means we believe there is no greater decision you will make than who you entrust your child's care to. We take that responsibility very seriously.
First, our goal is to provide a comprehensive curriculum for ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age that includes both a readiness for school and a focus on faith-based values. We see our learning center as a place where we can come alongside families as partners in teaching children appropriate learning skills that are age related and connecting a relational awareness of others where faith-based values such as getting along, being kind, and sharing with others is taught.
Second, we will take time weekly to connect those values to a faith in God through a chapel-time experience of Christian-based children's songs, fun object-type lessons, Bible verses, and prayer.
Our belief is that their development is a combination of what they receive both at our CLC and at home. We look forward to working together with you in building a strong foundation of learning.
